painful reminder of my own calendar… missing you all very much, Mazen…
and I know that the A TRIO was supposed to be playing today at the exploratorium… looking forward to your ongoing “Corona” output. : )
i miss seeing you too cristina. those hangouts after gigs seem like rituals from another planet. i hope they will be back soon.
the “A” trio tour was our biggest tour ever (and I am only talking about ten gigs!) since we never manage to be free in the same time. we were supposed to release our new album during the tour (our first studio album in 8 years, and sounding quite different from anything we did before). we also planned to record the last gig (at the exploratorium) for a future release. let’s hope all this will happen sometime in the future.
i do not know when we will release the new album , but we are working on some new distance pieces that we will share soon enough as a “replacement” of the tour. stay tuned!
